Plain-language summary of how we handle personal information when you visit ai-techs.es, enquire as a provider, or ask us to support a personal or care-environment humanoid in Barcelona.

2. What we may collect
Only what the conversation or visit needs, for example:

- Your message: device type, serial if you share it, symptom notes, preferred visit window.
- Service records we create on site (work done, parts used, next check date) — kept so we can care for the same unit later.
- Photos of a device or install area only with clear permission, and never published without separate consent.
- Basic technical logs from hosting (IP, browser) used for security and reliability — not for marketing profiles.
3. Why we use it
- To answer enquiries and arrange Barcelona visits (steps before a contract / legitimate interests).
- To perform service work you ask for (contract).

Hosting and delivery partners (for example Vercel or equivalent), and email delivery if the form is wired to a provider such as Resend. Business tools we already use to operate (mail, calendar) under our instructions. No selling of lists.

Enquiry messages: while we handle them and a short follow-up window. Active service clients: for the relationship and applicable limitation / accounting periods. Routine server logs: shorter, unless needed for a security review. Device service notes: as long as we reasonably expect to support that unit for you.

No analytics or ad cookies on this static preview. We may use strictly
necessary hosting behaviour, and we store your Day/Night preference in
the browser (localStorage) so the site keeps your choice —
that is not a tracking cookie and does not need a banner under EU rules
for strictly necessary tech. If we add non-essential cookies later, we
will explain and ask where required.
9. Care settings & sensitive contexts
Homes and care floors deserve extra care. We minimise what we write down, avoid unnecessary images of residents, and follow any facility rules you give us. Tell us if a visit must avoid certain rooms or people.
10. Security
HTTPS, access discipline, and sensible tooling — nothing is perfectly risk-free; we keep reducing exposure.
11. Children
This site is for adults arranging device care (families, facilities, OEM partners). We do not knowingly collect children’s data as a product audience.
